General enquiries receive response within 24 hours. Service requests are typically scheduled within 3-5 business days depending on availability. Urgent concerns are prioritised and addressed same-day when possible.
Before Your First Visit
Once we've scheduled your initial appointment, we'll send preparation guidelines specific to the service you've selected. This might include bringing previous medical records, noting recent behaviour patterns, or documenting current feeding routines.
Plan for appointments to take longer than estimated. We'd rather spend extra time ensuring thorough assessment than rush through important observations. Your animal sets the pace, not the schedule.
Service Area
We serve clients throughout the United Kingdom. Most services are conducted at our Reading facility. Home visit options exist for specific situations where transport would compromise animal welfare or for clients requiring regular senior care monitoring.
Distance isn't typically limiting factor for initial assessments. Ongoing service logistics are discussed during first appointment based on your location and service requirements.
What We Don't Provide
We are not a veterinary practice and don't provide emergency medical treatment, surgical procedures, or prescription medications. We coordinate with veterinary services but don't replace them.
We don't offer boarding or day-care services. Our focus is assessment, monitoring, and specialized care protocols rather than animal accommodation.
